Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partner warehouses & factories located in the US, Spain, Italy, Turkey, France & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different products.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 10-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. In certain extraordinary situations like pandemic, customs delays, airline problems, weather, etc., shipments may take longer to arrive.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-3 business days.
From which country can I place an order?
You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

We are located in the India, with warehouses in: US, Spain, Italy, Turkey, France & China.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the website and cart is displayed in your local currency, the total will be converted and processed at the most current USD exchange rate.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number after placing the order. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
Our store is a Shopify Store, and Shopify is whom we use to process payments. Shopify is a secure platform for online purchases with SSL encryption, which ensures protection of data during transactions. Shopify also follows the PCI DSS, a set of strict security guidelines to protect payment card data during and after a transaction.
If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts (with your consent).
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
How to use 'Discount Code'?
The Discount Code option will appear at the time of 'Checkout'. Enter your discount code there & continue. Your cart value will be automatically discounted in the next page of checkout.
What are 'Lifetime Discount Code' and How can I get one?
Lifetime Discount Codes are Unique and Personalized Discount Codes, which are issues to loyal customers, which they themself can use and distribute to anybody else. To get your personalized and unique lifetime discount code, keep purchasing from our online store, provide reviews, no returns etc. Lifetime discount codes are valid till the online shop existence or till ownership of shop is with original owner, whichever is earlier.
Shhhh... These are most beneficial schemes for customers, but very few profit from it. "Buy 2, Get 1 FREE" means "You buy 2 Items and we give you 3rd Item free. This is an Automatic discount, in which you add total 3 Items to your cart, in which you get 1 Item free at the time of checkout automatically". In the same way, "Buy 3, Get 2 FREE" means "You buy 3 Items and we give you 4th and 5th Items free. This is an Automatic discount, in which you add total 5 Items to your cart, in which you get 2 Items free at the time of checkout automatically". No coupon or discount codes are required for it. But important is that you must add all items in cart.
